Ny vin på gamle flasker? De flotte ratings herover er bestemt intet tilfælde… Château Pavie har nemlig valgt at opgradere den tidligere andenvin, ”Arômes”, så der nu er tale en en selvstændig enkeltmarksvin på niveau med appellationens allerstørste!
Aromes de Pavie kommer i dag fra en specifik, 11-hektar store parcel beliggende på den østlige side af slottets kalkstensplateau.
Vin fremstilles som en Premier Grand Cru Classé med hele 18 måneders lagring på 225 liters egetræsfade, heraf 50% helt nye.
Ved køb af 6 flasker leveres vinen i orginal trækasse
