Fra over 40 år gamle vinstokke på den grusholdige enkeltmark Clos des Lunes i Sauternes har superstjernen Olivier Bernard begået denne elegante hvidvin, der i kælderen modner delvist på nye barriquefade. Hele herligheden er skabt af 70% Sémillon og 30% Sauvignon Blanc, der håndselekteres over flere høstrunder.
Resultatet er to die for… Smooth og frisk med eksotisk tropefrugt, saltet citrusmineralitet, grapefrugt og luksuriøse fadkrydderier à la søstervinen Domaine de Chevalier… WAUW, for en hvidvinsvalue!
